Dr. Elissa Hurand | Licensed Therapist
I have always been strongly drawn to healing beginning as a little girl with a vision of being a medicine woman. My personal healing journey began when I was sent away to a therapeutic boarding school during my adolescence to address anxiety and depression. This was a jumping off point later pursuing training in acupuncture, yoga and meditation. Realizing my deep concern and desire to help people lead me to obtain my masters and doctorate in psychology. I now own my private practice facilitating people’s growth with a genuine concern and attunement to my client’s pain and vision for their personal evolution.
Outside of my practice you will find me spending meaningful time with my husband, two boys, and dog Louie. I also love spending time in the mountains running, practicing yoga and meditation.
